1. PAYMENT TERMS
Customers can choose from the following payment methods when purchasing Imperial Caviar products:
1.1. Prepaid Payment (Preferred Method)
Payment via bank transfer to our designated account.
Account details will be provided upon order confirmation.
Full payment must be received before delivery is arranged.
1.2. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Limited Availability
Available for selected locations.
Customers must have the exact amount ready upon receiving the order.
1.3. Invoice Requests
If a VAT invoice (Red Invoice) is required, please inform us at the time of purchase or within the same month.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Step 1: Browse and select your preferred caviar products.
Step 2: Review your order details, quantity, and pricing.
Step 3: Enter your billing and delivery details.
Step 4: Choose a payment method:
Prepaid via bank transfer – Payment details will be provided after order confirmation.
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available only in selected areas.
Step 5: Confirm your order and complete payment.
Step 6: Once payment is received, Imperial Caviar Vietnam will arrange for delivery.
3. DELIVERY POLICY
3.1. Delivery Timeframes
We will make every effort to deliver on the same day if possible. Otherwise, delivery will take place at the earliest available time.
3.2. Shipping Fees
Within Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Phu Quoc, Hoi An, Nha Trang: Delivery fees will be calculated based on the address and courier service.
For other provinces:
Shipping fees will be based on distance and weight.
3.3. Delivery Conditions
Customers must provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays.
Delivery may not be possible in remote areas or places with restricted vehicle access.
4. RECEIVING & INSPECTION
Customers must inspect the product upon delivery before signing the confirmation receipt.
If there are any issues with the order, the delivery personnel must be informed immediately.
Once the order is signed and confirmed, no further complaints can be processed.
5. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
5.1. Non-Returnable Products
All caviar and perishable goods are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of the product, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged upon arrival.
5.2. Conditions for Replacement
Customers must report any damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of receiving the order.
A replacement will be provided only if the issue is due to Imperial Caviar’s responsibility.
Customers must provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the affected product.
5.3. Non-Refundable Items
Opened or consumed caviar tins are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Promotional items, discounted products, and gift cards are final sale.

6. FINAL TERMS
Imperial Caviar reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
Customers are responsible for keeping track of updates on our website.
